O.K. read

I like the author; I think he is creative and is working hard at his craft. That said, I am afraid the author is grossly and repeatedly violating the adage: "Never ask your audience to believe more than one impossible thing at a time." Example: The earth is sterile and has been for a thousand years. O.K., why is there still oxygen in the atmosphere? All food is printed. O.K., where did the energy for all those Calories come from? (Not impossible, but some explanation would be nice?) Injuries that destroy critical body systems. O.K., what takes over the function of those systems until they are repaired? Why do you need hyperspace to go to Mars--especially when the transit time, in hyperspace is days? (You don't need hyperspace, just a good continuous thrust 1.0 g would get you there in about 56 hours; 39 hours at 2 g's assuming a distance of 200 Gm)? Why is there no light-speed delay in communications between mars and earth? I mean, I liked the stories, but the disregard of known science without explanation is jarring, to say the least.

I purchased a 5 book set and have not been provided any instructions on how to port over to Kindle. They may be good books but if I can’t read them they are useless to me.
